hey healthy friends I'm Hilah welcome to Hilah cooking today I'm going to share a healthy recipe with you requested by Rhonda fresh collard greens and they're not like stewed with a bunch of bacon or anything so they're good for you and also I'm not going to like cook the out of them and turn them into mush like you get a cracker grill oh these are going to be good okay so this is like all I'm gonna need for this I've got this big ol bunch of greens and some garlic and red pepper and salt and oil and a little bit of vinegar and and I'm going to start by just removing like the biggest ends that's that's all I'm going to take off though I don't mind a little bit in there mmm crunch yeah so just going to slice these up into sort of ribbon shapes I sharpen my knife you guys be very proud of me look how awesome it is now sorry I made you look bad knife on that sweet potato episode okay Brad okay cool I'm gonna heat up my big skillet here alright so a couple tablespoons of olive oil and my garlic in get my king kong's and lalala I'm not using my cast-iron skillet because it's dirty and I didn't want to wash it there I admit it okay so now what I'm going to do is kind of get the Stinney ends and put those in on the bottom right they're wet that's how come it's doing that so we're going to take a little bit longer to cook so I put them closer to the heat and then all the leafy stuff on and then you kind of just want to top it around so that the cooked parts come up the top and uncooked parts go to the bottom and they'll shrink a little bit not a whole lot I'm going to see this for a couple minutes till they're all cut okay awesome so these have turned bright emerald green and a few pieces are starting to get a little bit Brown so that means I am turning it off and we're going to eighth well no I'm not going to just yeah turning it off I'm going to add just a splash of vinegar and then toss that around and then we eat I'm like god it totally just smelled like a hundred times better now awesome let's eat yummy delicious screams with all of their nutrients and vitamins it's my favorite thing mmm yummy awesome I hope you guys try this this is really like my favorite way to cook greens any kind of greens across the board thank you for suggesting that recipe Rhonda and I will see you guys later
